Stencil cortado com laser!

O cliente precisava de mascaras para a pintura de sinalização. Começei testando algumas fontes prontas, mas elas possuem muitos cantos vivos, logo, são muito frágeis. Como o objetivo era usar um material razoavelmente maleável, eu estou trabalhando na otimização da fonte.

Como o cliente ainda não sabia direito qual material usariamos para recortar a imagem, resolvemos testar uma manda magnética, porém o ploter não cortou corretamente. A solução foi usar PET.

O primeiro passo foi desenvolver a distribuição geral na placa, sem se preocupar muito com a fonte.

A fonte que mais agradou o cliente e melhor atendeu à proposta foi a  Stencilia do Manfred Klein.

Na seqüência, vetorizei as linhas principais, e começei a trabalhar na otimização do stencil.

Assim que a versão final estiver pronta, eu posto mais imagens.
